THE GRADUATES

Our son’s 1988 high school senior year portrait.

Here he is (in blue shirt on far end of first row) after 3 years of night classes, graduating in 2000 with his Journeyman’s license enabling him to own his own electrical business.

Celebrating his graduation - his wife to his left.

Eldest daughter’s graduation from high school in 1991.

Her graduation from Fresno State University in 1995 with her younger Sis at her side.

Her graduation, Magna cum laude, from Northeastern University in Boston with a Masters degree in Business Administration.

She was a little excited about it. J

Youngest daughter’s high school graduation portrait in 1992.

Celebrating the accomplishment with her older Sis.

And graduating from Chico State University with a teaching degree in 1997 - currently teaching 5th grade and continues to love teaching.

Currently we have grandchildren graduating from college with various impressive degrees, and may the beat continue!

  1. Oh yes, a beat of higher education, whether specific or liberal arts - I have to laugh, I wonder how many right-wing people can study "liberal arts". Your family is so full of intelligent attractive people! Congratulations!!

    1. It is great to see the grandkids getting their college degrees and going into marvelous lines of work. High school graduates today, and in my children's day as well, are much better prepared for college & what they want to major in now.

  3. Well done! However I did get concerned that your eldest was going to hurt herself in that leaping snapshot! Graduations are a big milestone in life. I often think of my parents', my son's and my own graduation years from high school and college when I'm trying to place historic events into my family's timeline.

  4. It is very helpful to remember what happened, when, if you have important memories to help date other things for sure! :) And rest assured, jumping -for-joy daughter landed on her feet just fine. :)
